Hamburger

 



Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef (80% lean)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Toppings: Lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, cheese (American, cheddar, etc.)
  • Condiments: Ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise

Preparation:

  1. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Divide into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.
  3. Grill or pan-fry the patties for 3-4 minutes per side, depending on the desired doneness.
  4. Toast the buns lightly on the grill or in a toaster.
  5. Assemble the burgers by placing the cooked patty on the bottom bun, then adding cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and onions.
  6. Top with ketchup, mustard, or mayonnaise, and serve.
