BBQ Ribs

Ingredients:

  • 2 racks of baby back ribs
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 cups BBQ sauce (your favorite)

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F.
  2. Mix brown sugar, paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper to create the dry rub.
  3. Remove the silver skin from the ribs. Rub the dry seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the ribs.
  4. Wrap the ribs in foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours.
  5. Preheat a grill to medium heat. Unwrap the ribs and place them on the grill. Baste with BBQ sauce and grill for an additional 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
  6. Serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
