Ingredients:
- 2 racks of baby back ribs
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 cups BBQ sauce (your favorite)
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 300°F.
- Mix brown sugar, paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper to create the dry rub.
- Remove the silver skin from the ribs. Rub the dry seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the ribs.
- Wrap the ribs in foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours.
- Preheat a grill to medium heat. Unwrap the ribs and place them on the grill. Baste with BBQ sauce and grill for an additional 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
